File Collation
AAA will assist in the collation of evidence that is to be provided by the Measured Entity. Out specialized knowledge and vast experience will significantly reduce the time spent by the Measured Entity in collating the required evidence.
B-BBEE Desktop Assessment
AAA will conduct a desktop exercise which will give the Measured Entity a clear indication of their present B-BBEE compliance, B-BBEE Level and Recognition Level.
B-BBEE Scenario Assessment
AAA will conduct a desktop exercise which will give the Measured Entity a clear indication of their present B-BBEE Compliance, B-BBEE Level and Recognition Level.
AAA will build simulated models based on simulated scenarios which provide the Measured Entity with different options.
In addition, AAA will advise on what actions the Measured Entity can embark upon to improve their B-BBEE Compliance, B-BBEE Level and Recognition Level.
Please note that that AAA will not be able to perform the B-BBEE Verification and Certification Process for the same Measured Entity for a period of 4 years thereafter.
Facilitating Supplier Workshops in which suppliers are provided with a deeper understanding of the B-BBEE legislation requirements which enables them to comply with B-BBEE. By transacting with suppliers who are B-BBEE compliant, will overall assist the Measured Entity in improving their Preferential Procurement score.
Knowledge transfer and training is conducted and delivered in a workshop or seminar format, which is structured according to the business needs of the Measured Entity.
Training and Development of the Management and B-BBEE Personnel of the Measured Entity which facilitates a knowledge transfer all B-BBEE Legislation (and supporting legislation) that is readily available in all public domains. This will empower the Measured Entity to achieve an integrated execution of their B-BBEE compliance. Having an in depth knowledge of the applicable legislations will strategically position the Measured Entity to make informed B-BBEE decisions supported by the necessary evidence to validate the B-BBEE initiatives.
